Bilingual Hospitality Training Solutions (BHTS) provides food safety certification courses and exams designed to help you comply with local food safety and health regulations. All instructors are ServSafe® certified instructors.
We believe that training does not end in the classroom that is why students receive a copy of the ServSafe Essentials Text book and Study Guide. Check our class schedule for a class near you.
Open enrollment 2 day food safety certification course is $200.
Private class cost is $500.00 per day plus the cost of materials per student.

Recertification is required by all Health Departments. BHTS offers Open Enrollment courses in Spanish and English throughout Maryland. Safe Staff - Employee Food Safety Training

Safe Staff training is offered as a private course in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. available at your location for convenience. Safe Staff is a 2 hour mini version of the ServSafe® course. Contact Juliet Bodinetz for more information.

ServSafe® Alcohol Training

In Maryland, a licensee or designated employee must complete an approved alcohol awareness training program. Training certification is good for 4 years. The ServSafe® Alcohol program is approved in Maryland and is recognized nationwide. Let us help you obtain your licensing and certification needs.

Stellar Service Employee Customer Service Training

Stellar Service 2-hour course improves hospitality and sales and is geared to your wait- staff, bartenders and hosts. STELLAR SERVICE works with your veteran servers and new servers by helping them improve their service, increase sales, and earn more.
Cost for private Stellar Service session is $750
